The GORTEC solution for a Qld Fabricator of steel assemblies: An ELGI GSE15 Compressor Package including a built-in Air Dryer and a 330Lt Air Receiver This air solution delivers 100 cfm FAD to the workshops and caters for the ABSS CP1500RP Pressure Blast Unit The steel assemblies are whip blasted to a Class 2 & 2.5 finish prior to galvanising.

The GORTEC solution for a Valve Manufacturing & Maintenance Company - Australia: A Full Floor Recovery Blastroom 6ML x 3MW x 2.5MH is driven with an ABSS pneumatic Recovery 3 Unit, for one operator. It is Used mainly for Steel Grit & Garnet blast cleaning applications. A major benefit of this GORTEC solution is that there is no abrasive cleanup after abrasive blasting.

The GORTEC Solution for an Australian Manufacturer of very large off-road Mining Dump Trucks: A Blastroom Facility 18ML x 10MW x 8MH with access doors at both ends. An ABSS Recovery 3 Unit is the heart of this solution for two (2) operators blasting simultaneously, if required. The recovery area totals over 50 Sq Meters and is positioned to minimise abrasive cleanup. An additional 30,000 cfm Ventilation Dust Collector maintains high visibility. This facility caters for blast cleaning applications with premium Steel Grit abrasive in readiness for paint coating systems in an adjoining facility.

The GORTEC solution for an Aluminium housing manufacturer in Tahiti: A one off GORTEC Pressure Blast Cabinet 1.5MW x 1.5MD x 1.5MH driven with an ABSS pneumatic Recovery 50 Unit, track, auto turntable and pneumatic door. ABSS Glass Bead Impact Spheres are used for the blast cleaning & finishing applications. The main benefit is the ease of handling and a factory clean work environment unaffected by this abrasive blasting application.

Premium S330 Steel Shot is utilised for blast cleaning & deburring applications. The main benefits are blast speed and ease of handling.

The GORTEC solution for this commercial truck renovating company in SE Qld: An ABSS Mechanical Recovery Blastroom 12ML x 4.5MW x 4MH is driven with an ABSS Garnet Reclamation Unit. The Airwash and Industrial Scalping Drum unit are supported with a dedicated side-load 2000cfm Dust Collector. The one operator Blastroom Enclosure is ventilated with a 12,000 cfm ABSS Dust Collector. This unit was designed mainly for Garnet blast cleaning applications around truck bodies. The main benefit here is full quality control in preparation for painting systems carried out in adjoining facilities.

The GORTEC solution for this major Australian steel fabricating company situated in SE Qld: The client built their own enclosure with our engineering support. A Full Floor Recovery Blastroom 25ML x 6MW x 5MH is driven with an ABSS pneumatic Recovery 3 Unit and a 12k Ventilation Dust Collector. Two abrasive blasting operators use Premium LG50 Steel for the blast cleaning applications. This is mainly class 3 finishes in preparation for painting in the adjoining paint area which is also ventilated. The main benefit is speed of operation to high class finishes with minimal clean up.
